Services CCCS Offers

We offer a range of forensic services and assessments to individuals who have committed sexual offenses, sexually abusive/violent behaviors, and/or are involved with the criminal justice system

Individual & Group Sex Offender Therapy

CCCS offers adult and juvenile sex offender treatment groups and individual therapy sessions. The individual sessions meet once a week for 50-minutes and the group session will meet once a week for two hours per session. The individual sessions and groups follow the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) Practice Guidelines for best practices of the treatment for sex offenders. Individual sessions and groups are conducted via face-to-face meetings and HIPAA compliant tele-mental health platforms, with referrals coming from Departments of Probation and Parole just to name a few. Groups are closed and require referrals.

We accept Cash Only Payment for Individual & Group Therapy. We DO NOT accept any insurance.

Assessments

CCCS offers an array of intake assessments for offenders. Prior to a client entering into individual/group therapy, a diagnostic assessment will be conducted.  During the diagnostic assessment a psycho-social history and a psycho-sexual history will be obtained, Any records received from the referral source will be reviewed.

Assessments include:

  • General Intellectual Ability and Achievement Testing
  • Personality and Psychopathology Traits
  • Criminal Thinking Styles
  • Substance Abuse Screening
  • Trauma Screening
  • Problem Solving Ability
  • Anger Expression Inventory

Based on the information derived from the above assessment instruments, preliminary treatment recommendations are made.

Contractual Clinical Services

CCCS is an all-in-one solution for clinical service needs, and a cost-effective alternative amid the hiring and training process of new employees. Our team of Licensed Clinical Supervisors and Clinicians are available to offer an array of onsite comprehensive clinical consulting services to mental health and correctional organizations involved in service delivery. Our clinical consulting services involves, but are not limited to, clinical record audits, case management, treatment planning, etc. If you have staff shortages/ vacancies, our clinicians can also be available to provide group facilitation and documentation. All services are offered contractually and are available on hourly, monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly or annual bases. However, frequency of services is individualized according to each organization’s needs.

Clinical Training

CCCS provides adequate clinical skills and competency-based trainings geared towards the professional development of licensed professionals and direct care staff. Training is provided by Licensed Clinical Supervisors.

Clinical Supervision

CCCS provides clinical supervision to licensed clinicians in the state of South Carolina. Supervision is designed to provide guidance to clinicians who are currently working or are in pursuit of a career related to the study or treatment of sexually offending behavior. Clinicians will receive on-going supervision related to the assessment, treatment, and prevention of sexually abusive behaviors in their work with offenders.
